Description
PLYWOOD
Plywood consists of glue-impregnated veneer layers arranged in alternating vertical and horizontal directions, pressed under high pressure and temperature, creating a two-way load-bearing capacity, which is why it is often used in flat sheet form.
LVL – Laminated Veneer Lumber
Layers of glue-impregnated veneer are arranged parallel to each other, pressed under high temperature and pressure to create unidirectional strength, and then cut into strips, which is why LVL is usually used in strip form.
